Ngala in Banksia Grove holds messy mudy day for local children

THERE were plenty of smiles, laughter and mud during a school holiday activity in Banksia Grove.

About 20 children enjoyed getting dirty at Ngala’s Child and Parent Centre – Banksia Grove for its ‘messy mud day’.

Centre co-ordinator Cindy Davies said children and parents had lots of fun playing with the mud.

“The parents enjoyed having the time to just play with their kids and discover new textural and sensory experiences together,” she said.

“It was a wonderful time for everyone enjoying a creative and energetic outlet experience while connecting with nature; an all-round fabulous fun, messy morning.”
