Nominations open for Wanneroo committees and groups

PEOPLE interested in making a difference in the community can nominate to be on the City of Wanneroo’s committees and working groups.

Positions on nine committees, advisory and working groups will become available on the election day, October 19 and members will serve for two years until October 2021.

They include the arts advisory committee as well as community safety, heritage services, reconciliation action plan, roadwise, business and tourism, disability access and inclusion groups.

There are also community working groups for Quinns Beach long term coastal protection and Yanchep Lagoon.
