The four new cranes, which were brought into Australia aboard the Zhen Hua 21, would have been hard to miss.

They came into Fremantle last Wednesday all the way from China, one for Asciano’s Patrick terminal at North Quay.

Patrick terminals and logistics director Alistair Field said the cranes, to load and unload ship containers, were 31m wide with an outreach of 50m. ‘Their arrival will enable us to provide further improvements in our service delivery to all our customers around Australia,’ he said.
