A council report said construction to make Cafaggio Crescent and Senario Drive one-way would begin during the first half of the 2014-15 financial year.
Council approved the traffic-flow system, a roundabout at Senario Drive and Dundebar Road and additional parking lots on Servite Terrace when it approved the Wanneroo Civic Centre Extension Project in March.
The report said there would be no need to amend the Wanneroo Town Centre Structure Plan to address the roadwork changes.
