PEARSALL leadership coach and keynote speaker Dave Clare has used his years of experience in business and turned it into a book to help drive people to find their purpose and make the most of their business.
The author will celebrate the launch of his new book Simplified this month, in the hope of inspiring business leaders, managers and those starting a new business.
He said the book focused on driving people to be purpose-driven leaders.

READ NOWMr Clare said all too often organisations focused on a business model rather than being a model business.
“We’re really losing sight of why our organisations exist,” he said.
He said the book was a “how-to” guide for businesses, with information he had learnt throughout his career.
“I took what I had learnt from leadership roles over the past 25 years in three different countries and applied it to this book,” he said.
“We all want someone to believe in us, we want a leader who believes in us and a leader who we can believe in.
“Too often it’s profit ahead of purpose but also instead of purpose, when it should be ‘what’s our purpose and how can we profit from that’.”
Mr Clare was born and raised in Canada and has worked in Australia and Papua New Guinea.
He said he has a goal of reaching 90 million people and hopes the book will help him achieve that.
“If I can help business leaders become more engaged with their purpose and staff then I have achieved what I’ve set out to do,” he said.
“I wanted something to show my kids as well and show them I was passionate about problem solving.”
