Plans for $2.1m child care centre in Wanneroo out for public consultation

PLANS for a $2.1 million child care centre in Wanneroo are out for public comment.

The proposed Green Leaves Early Learning Centre would involve redeveloping three residential blocks on the corner of Wanneroo and San Rosa roads.

It would cater for up to 83 children and 14 staff members, with 23 parking bays on site and nature play areas outside.

The proposed operating hours are from 6.30am to 6.30pm on weekdays.

The City of Wanneroo invited submissions until December 18 on the proposal, which will be assessed by the Metro North-West Development Assessment.
