The high school, with campuses in Duncraig and Carramar, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Yiyili and Purnululu Aboriginal community schools.

This MOU aims to develop long-term ties between the Aboriginal communities and St Stephens School to inspire adventurous learning and positively engage students, teachers and the community, St Stephens principal Tony George said.

If we want our students to be ready for the future, we have to allow them to connect and learn from each other.

The partnership opportunity was first identified 12 months ago.
