PERTH police have released a composite image of a man wanted over a terrifying assault on a woman in Wanneroo.
About 8.30pm on Saturday November 3 a woman aged in her 20s was walking her dog on Paltara Way when a man approached her from behind.
He placed his hand over her mouth and, while holding her, he searched her pockets.

He was described as 35-40 years of age, with a stocky build, brown skin, approximately 170cms tall with a thin moustache.
The man was wearing a light grey tracksuit with a dark coloured logo on the front of the top, and a grey beanie.
Detectives would like to speak to the person pictured, who they believe can assist them with their investigation.
