Western Power and the Wanneroo Joondalup State Emergency Service assisted residents during hailstorm

A Western Power spokeswoman said most cases were isolated to single dwellings with the biggest group outage being in Greenwood.

The Wanneroo Joondalup State Emergency Service unit duty team manager Ken Dewhirst said they received 68 call-outs over Saturday and Sunday.

‘We had assistance from the Belmont and Swan district SES teams who came out to help,’ Mr Dewhirst said.
