Asset HQ Property Management Specialists was fined $9000 in Perth Magistrates Court this month for operating unlicensed and failing to lodge two bond payments.
The court heard the real estate agent had applied for a WA licence but had withdrawn the application before it was approved.
Although unlicensed, Asset HQ posted online advertisements for rental properties in Landsdale, Butler, Singleton, Carlisle and Rockingham between June and September in 2013.
On March 20, the company was fined $7000 for operating without a licence.

Consumer Protection commissioner Anne Driscoll said operating without a real estate licence was a serious offence.
