The metropolitan region scheme amendment proposes to rezone lots 89 to 95 and 100 Dundebar Road, and lot 88 Garden Park Drive to urban deferred.
A medical centre, pharmacy and public open space will also be included in the lot uses.
The WA Planning Commission said it supported the amendment, as it was considered a ‘relatively small area of land’ next to a residential area with no infrastructure or servicing constraints.

‘The subject land has existing areas of vegetation ranging from completely degraded to good,’ the WAPC report said.
‘This site has been extensively cleared for rural pursuits.’
