Public comments invited on Banksia Grove childcare centre plans

THE City of Wanneroo is seeking feedback on plans for a childcare centre and commercial tenancies in Banksia Grove.

The proposed businesses will be on Pinjar Road at the Banksia Grove shopping centre.

Approval is being sought for the two commercial developments to be used as a showroom, office, veterinary consulting room or private recreation land uses, while the childcare centre would accommodate a maximum of 72 children and operate weekdays from 6.30am to 6.30pm.

People can provide comment until May 29; visit www.wanneroo.wa.gov.au/consultations for details.

The application will then be determined by the Metro North-West Joint Development Assessment Panel.
