Public consultation open for child care centre proposal in Banksia Grove

Lucy JarvisWanneroo Times

PLANS for a child care centre in Banksia Grove are out for public comment until July 16.

The City of Wanneroo has invited submissions on the application for 10 Harbour Elbow. UPDATE: The City has extended the submission deadline to July 30.

Plans by John Chisholm Design indicate it would have seven rooms for baby to kindergarten age groups and 38 parking bays accessed off Greenvale Place.

They show an existing grove of mature trees would be retained and nature play area built within that area.
