THE Joondalup Health Campus’ Relay for Life team hosted a music quiz night at Joondalup Resort on Sunday.

About 200 music lovers gathered to battle it out with many dressing up in colourful music inspired costumes.

Guests enjoyed a night of musical quizzing and many bagged a bargain at the silent auction.

Ticket sales and the silent auction raised more than $3500 for the JHC Lifesavers team’s tally as they gear up for the Joondalup Wanneroo Relay for Life at Arena Joondalup on October 17-18.

Event organisers Melanie and Jonathan Pitulej said they were delighted with the response and planned to roll out the quiz night again next year to support Cancer Council WA.

“We promoted the event via social media and we were thrilled with the response,” Melanie said.

“We’re already thinking about next year’s event and it will be bigger and better.”

The evening was supported by the Joondalup Resort, Phat Bat DJs’ DJ Clive, Joondalup Photo Design’s Chris Kershaw and MC Fiona Cornelisse.
