Roads affected will include Shenton Avenue between Pontiac Way and Lawley Court, Joondalup Drive from Shenton Avenue to Collier Pass, Waabiyn Way and Kennedya Drive.
Detours will be in place from 10am.
Shuttle buses will run between Joondalup train station and Arena Joondalup for those catching public transport to the festivals.
