SAT to look at shops growth

The State Government’s development assessment panel will make a decision, given the cost exceeds $3 million.

The proposal includes a new, relocated Coles supermarket near the piazza and an extension to the existing store, new loading areas and bicycle storage, a new promenade facing Whitfords Avenue with new landscaping and a loss of 112 carpark bays.

The City is seeking comments on the proposal before Thursday.
