Her appearance follows that of a 23-year-old Joondalup man who was charged with 17 offences over the March 13 property search.
Police discovered a homemade pen gun, several boxes of ammunition, drug paraphernalia, electrical goods, 6g of crystal meth and a stolen car.
The man was charged with six counts of attempting to gain benefit by fraud, three counts of gaining benefit by fraud and two counts of selling a firearm unlicensed.
He was also charged with drug, firearm possession, vehicle theft and burglary offences. He made his first appearance in Joondalup Magistrates Court on March 14.
The Joondalup woman will face Joondalup Magistrates Court on charges of selling a firearm unlicensed and gaining benefit by fraud.
