Foyster, who specialises in anxiety, depression and relationships, said From Me To You: The Tapestry Of Life And Its Secrets had information, exercises and affirmations to help the reader ‘comprehend that our perception of things may not be the reality we assume that it is’.
‘This book is an empowering and inspirational book which helps the reader understand the mysteries that life sometimes presents to us,’ she said.
‘I wanted to write a book that I wish someone else had written for me when I was 20 years old to benefit from.
‘It is also an inspiring book even if everything is going well in life.’
