POLICE charged a man who allegedly used a stolen bank card in a 13-day spending spree.
Police allege the man (33) used PayPass in Heathridge, Alexander Heights, Girrawheen and Ballajura between December 20 and January 2.
The Parmelia man faces 16 counts of fraud.
