Clarkson Detectives’ Sen Sgt Gary Saunders said they arrested the man on August 26 in relation to an altercation he had with another man.
‘He has used his telecommunications device to make threats and intimidate the victim, which was significant enough to cause him fear,’ Sgt Saunders said.
‘At the time he was arrested, he had an outstanding warrant.’
