Mater Dei College secured the rights to the WA premiere of The Addams Family Musical that opened on Broadway in 2010.

Director Rachel Urquhart said it was a privilege to have the stage performer stop in during final rehearsals.

‘When you are so close to a production and the stress levels are high, nothing boosts the spirits more than a professional watching the rehearsals and giving the cast a boost of energy,’ she said.

Mr Gleeson spoke about show preparation, dealing with on-stage pressure, character interpretation and portrayal, vocal training and performance techniques.

The musical will be held on March 29, 30 and 31 from 7pm at the Bernie Boss Hall at Mater Dei College.
