Students net new play equipment

Staff ReporterWanneroo Times

Years 4 and 5 Koondoola Extension Program students spent the first half of the year visiting other schools with climbing frames and surveying students to research popular equipment.

With the help of their teacher Marie Rowe, the students researched pricing, models and materials online before submitting a proposal for the chosen $30,000 ‘igloo net’ to the principal and teachers. Miss Rowe said the Koondoola Extension Program students were to be congratulated for their part in the project.
