Increased satisfaction levels were also recorded in areas such as graffiti removal, street appearance, festivals, events and cultural activities, management and control of traffic on local roads, community consultation and residential parking.

Other service areas such as libraries, sport and recreation centres, fortnightly recycling services, weekly rubbish collection and ranger services maintained high levels of community satisfaction.
