SKATEBOARDERS and bike and scooter riders showed off their talents at the official opening of Wanneroo Skate Park last Friday.

Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts cut the ribbon to mark the occasion, which was followed by a range of activities, including face painting, a photography competition, game vault and arts and crafts.

Skaters and riders displayed their skills, taking to the bowl and quarter pipe with flair.
