A TEENAGER accused of the double manslaughter of a Kingsley couple in a Warwick car crash is due back in court on Friday.
The 16-year-old Marangaroo boy was refused bail in Perth Children’s Court last week after police charged him with nine offences relating to a crash on Warwick Road that ended with the deaths of a man (66) and his wife (60) on Saturday, September 17.

Police charged the teenager with two counts of manslaughter and one count each of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm, dangerous driving causing bodily harm, failing to ensure assistance, failing to report an incident occasioning death or bodily harm, no authority to drive, failing to stop and breaching bail.
