Teenagers charged after car chase

The pair allegedly stole a black Holden ute from a Camden Glade home in Mindarie in the early hours of April 30.

The ute crashed into cars in Mt Lawley and Bayswater, before it was abandoned on Barrack Street in Perth.

Police detained the occupants after they attempted to flee on foot.

A Koondoola boy (16) was charged with driving without a licence, motor vehicle theft, failing to stop and aggravated burglary. A Butler man (18) was charged with vehicle theft and assault with intent to provoke arrest.
