Organisers are planning to have food and drink stalls on the boardwalk, which will have standing room only.

Because the privately-owned marina is a licensed area, they have advised there will be strictly no BYO food, drinks, eskies, chairs or picnic blankets allowed at the premises.

Other events planned at marina venues to see out 2019 include the Cabana White Party for $25 per person from 7pm on December 31 to 1am on January 1.

Ritrovo is taking bookings for 5pm or 7.30pm for a three course meal with a glass of Prosecco on arrival for $49 per person.

There will be free entertainment at The Boat from 5pm to 1am from GLO, The Band and DDJ Flex, and at Indian Ocean Brewing Co from 4pm to 1am from the Ben Merito band then DJ Roxi after the fireworks.
