TRANSPERTH has advised Joondalup train line passengers to allow extra travelling time this afternoon.
A signalling problem has been causing delays since this morning, with rail replacement buses running between Clarkson and Butler stations.
Replacement buses have now stopped but train services are slower between these stations.
