Police in an unmarked car stopped the Beldon man’s SS Holden Commodore about 2pm on Eddystone Avenue in Craigie. Officers said the roads were wet at the time.
The man was charged with reckless driving and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police impounded the Holden for 28 days.
