The Whitford Catholic Primary School student was inspired to try to help after seeing homeless people while walking through Perth with his grandparents.

He is organising packs containing a blanket, towel, toothbrush, toothpaste and soap to be distributed to homeless people by the St Vincent de Paul Society.

‘Mum said that all these people are homeless for different reasons,’ he said. ‘People could be sick and don’t know how or where to get help. It doesn’t matter what the reason is, these people need help.’
