Bethanie Kingsley and Beachside in Yanchep honoured their volunteers’ philanthropic efforts at a combined recognition dinner last Tuesday.

The event was themed ‘volunteers, thanks a million’ and volunteers from Kingsway Christian College also attended the celebration.

Bethanie Corporate outreach program manager Laurette LeCras said the aged care provider had about 450 volunteers working across its programs.

‘These events provide an avenue for us to recognise and acknowledge the valuable contribution they make to the wellbeing and care of our residents and clients,’ she said.

‘The time they give up to help is truly valued by Bethanie and the local community.’
