Walking the dogs for kennel cash

Staff ReporterWanneroo Times

The dog lover will walk 30 of the refuge’s dogs, in groups of three, for 30 minutes each for a total distance of 30km to raise money for the charity on June 29.

All money raised will go towards replacing kennels at the Shenton Park facility, many of which were built in the 1930s.

‘The Dogs’ Refuge Home in Shenton Park rescues many hundreds of unwanted and abandoned dogs every year and I am keen to continue to help such a worthwhile cause,’ he said.
