Wanneroo Central mural to reflect town’s history, pay tribute to market gardeners

ARTIST Jerome Davenport is painting a 300sq m mural at Wanneroo Central shopping centre.

The Wembley Downs resident has been painting a wall in the centre’s north carpark, which is undergoing a $20 million redevelopment.

Davenport said the artwork, expected to take three weeks to finish, would reflect the history of Wanneroo and pay tribute to market gardeners.
