WANNEROO Police are investigating a burglary at a Wangara commercial property in which a number of butterfly valve discs were stolen.

Police believe the business, on Leadership Way, was broken into sometime between July 10 and August 10.

The discs are an unusual item to target and are used in water valves for the municipal water industry.
