DRY ice, droids and rockets featured in Wanneroo Secondary College’s science festival.
The school hosted local primary school students in the afternoon, followed by a public event in the evening.
Activities included chemistry experiments, a rocket demonstration by the Gravity Discovery Centre, a robot battle, insect displays, maths games and physics presentations.
Teacher Tash Kaur co-ordinated the festival and said it was a great opportunity for people to get hands-on involved in science.
“We were so glad to hear all the positive feedback.”
