CONSUMER Protection has charged two tree loppers with breaching the Australian Consumer Law.
Sean Robert Weinthal, of Wanneroo, faces nine charges including failure to comply with laws related to unsolicited consumer agreements and failure to provide information about his identity and street address.
Mr Weinthal’s nephew Mitchell Craig Grisbrook, of Connolly, faces five charges including failure to comply with laws related to unsolicited consumer agreements and failure to provide information after being served a compulsory notice.
Mr Weinthal and Mr Grisbrook appeared in Perth Magistrates Court on November 9. Mr Weinthal’s case was adjourned until December 14 and Mr Grisbrook’s matter adjourned until December 7.
