Warwick: police on hunt for two men who attacked fast food worker

POLICE are searching for two men who struck a Warwick fast food worker in the face in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Officers were called to the Beach Road premises about 4.40am with reports two men had entered the store via a side entrance used by a cleaner.

The robbers unsuccessfully tried to open cash registers before accosting the employee in a back office.

The offenders threatened the male before leaving with stolen cash.

One of the men was described as olive skinned, about 175cm tall and was wearing black clothing and white shoes.

The second man was described as olive skinned and about 180cm tall with slim build and black clothing.
