His prize included a solo exhibition, which he is on show at Joondalup’s blend(er) gallery in Central Walk until Saturday, February 1.
Inspired by pop art and artists such as Andy Warhol and Roy Lichtenstein, Young (21) has developed a distinctive graphic style using digital art.
‘The exhibition is mostly digital art plus some sculpture,’ he said.
‘My pieces are very pop art inspired ” I like bright colours.

Arts-in-focus is open Tuesdays to Thursdays and Saturdays, 10am to 2pm and Fridays, 3pm to 7pm.
