Pots, frogs, Australiana, an inspirational notice board, candleholders, an owl and octopus were among items made under the guidance of instructor Atsuko Sandover.

Artist Dianne Sigel fired pieces from the eight-week course, funded by the City of Joondalup after an approach from JOC art teacher Dianne Pereira.

During a one-day exhibition at the Guy Daniel clubrooms in Heathridge, Joondalup Mayor Troy Pickard presented participants’ certificates.

Team leader Maggie Spence commended the ‘wonderful’ artwork and the support of City of Joondalup community development officer Elizabeth White.
