What sort of bureaucratic time-wasting, money-wasting trivia is it that the City of Wanneroo would pursue this landowner because his sign states 30 seconds to the precinct when in fact it is 31 seconds. How is this encouraging speeding?
It must have taken the City hours of valuable time to administratively deal with the claim, measure the distance and then drive and time it to find it was one second out.
Now the owner must spend money to change the sign to something that is in fact wrong.
The City measured it to be 430 metres and now the sign will state it is 500 metres.
Is this bureaucracy gone mad or some other issue against the landowner?
