Good discarded

Janice TeoWanneroo Times

THE council's bulk rubbish collection has just finished in my area.

I am disgusted to see how much good furniture and other items we throw out during this time. It's annoying because it adds to landfill and is just wasteful.

If the furniture really does need to go to the tip because it is broken or very dirty then that is OK, but if not, why wouldn't you just ring charities and ask them to pick it up?

Alternatively, you could even try to sell it yourself on Gumtree or eBay.
