I HAVE been a resident of Kinross for the past 18 years. I have raised my two sons in this suburb and have had to endure the worry of not being able to get across Marmion Avenue safely from Burns Beach.
My children are now adults but the suburbs of Kinross and Burns Beach do have a high percentage of families with young children.
The land developers promised this overpass/underpass 24 years ago and indeed there is an area earmarked for this bypass.
