Stamps enough

Why 50 stamps?

This is far more than most pensioners really need and leaves the scheme open to abuse. Even half that amount would have been more than enough. As it is, what mum or dad won’t pass on the surplus stamps to family members?

As I do whenever possible, I saved a stamp by emailing this letter.
