THE City of Joondalup wants to rezone and sell 9400sqm of Lot 971 Creaney Drive in Kingsley to help fund a performing arts and cultural centre in central Joondalup.
Lot 971 contains over 300 trees and has been used by local residents as an extension of Kingsley Park for over 30 years.
Kingsley residents want to retain the lot unchanged for future generations.
