READ NOW“We had always wanted to live near the ocean and when the opportunity to buy a block in the new development at Burns Beach came up, we bought lot 188 Fourmile Avenue and started planning.”
The two levels of the home work as their own private spaces, with three king-sized bedrooms downstairs all with their own ensuites, plus a laundry with a kitchenette, sitting room and study or theatre room.

“We have always thought the property would also be excellent for a family with older children still living at home, giving the parents and the children their own privacy,” Prue and Glenn said.
“As well as the double garage, we have three extra parking bays on the premises, which would be a bonus with older children or for parking for a boat or caravan.
“Our close proximity to the beach and fabulous parks is wonderful as our guests are from all over the world and are always telling us how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful location.”
