The first Constellation release at the Two Rocks development comprises 39 lots ranging from 271sq m to 600sq m and starting at $137,000, with $17,500 of incentives on offer for early buyers.
This includes a $10,000 rebate once the house slab is laid and a $7500 fencing and landscaping package.
Atlantis Beach project director Jarrod Rendell said there was strong buyer interest in the 450sq m to 600sq m lots.
“Prospective buyers visiting our sales office have been expressing strong interest in these lot sizes due their scarcity along the coastal strip,” he said.
“Being able to offer these larger lots at Atlantis Beach is a very rare outcome in contemporary urban development and we expect them to sell very quickly.”
Mr Rendell said buyers were attracted to the location on Breakwater Drive, which was undergoing a multi-million-dollar upgrade as the new main entry to the 6000-lot community.
“Lots of time and focus has been invested in making Breakwater Drive a beautiful entry statement for Atlantis Beach and this will enhance the long-term values of homes in the Constellation land release,” he said.
“Prospective buyers will also be attracted to our release because it is only 100m from the new Atlantis Beach Baptist College. The lots are within walking distance to a future water playground and cafe, medical centre and childcare centre.
“The Constellation land release is also just a short 1200m walk to the beach, marina and existing town centre at Two Rocks, and similar distance to the planned district town centre of Two Rocks.”
Mr Rendell said buyers in previous land releases decided to move to the estate because there were existing facilities in Two Rocks and they were impressed with the strong community spirit.
“Rather than waiting years for a community spirit to develop, which can be the case in many new residential developments, Two Rocks is a thriving community with active social and sporting groups and lots of existing facilities,” he said.
