“The original owners built the house and retired, and then decided that it was too big for them,” one of the owners said.
“It is a large four-bedroom house that gave our children a bedroom each.
“It also has three large living areas, which allows the adults quiet-time as they are able to be closed off as desired.”

In a rear wing are the three minor bedrooms with built-in robes, the family bathroom and the laundry.
But with parties on their mind, a decision was made to transform the first floor into an entertaining haven halfway down the track.
“The upstairs area was extended to include a games room and bar area with extra windows to maximise the views,” the owner said.
“This is a great place to hold a party as there is plenty of room and great 180-degree views of the ocean.”
Also upstairs are a lounge room, an enclosed balcony and study.
Completing the home are a double garage, a massive driveway with enough room to park a caravan or boat, storage spaces, a security system and reticulated gardens.
“The street is relatively quiet with a laneway opposite,” the owner said.
“It is a great place to get out and kick a football and play cricket with the children.
“The house is also close to the shops, parks, transport and schools and there are many news restaurants in walking distance for a great night out.”
