“Our success in this area comes from having a unique business model that attracts good property consultants and developing systems and processes that also can handle the workload.

“Our goal is to have a property consultant servicing every suburb across the Perth metro.”

Realmark Coastal managing director Sean Hughes received the award for top salesperson by auction listings sold for selling 14 properties which sold for more than $21 million in total. “Considering the challenging market that Perth has been through last year and also the timing with auctions being a new thing in Perth, the win feels pretty great,” he said.

“A big contributor (to the win) would be the auction accreditation by Ross Hunter that we put all my Realmark Coastal sales team through this year.”

Other big winners on the night include LJ Hooker Claremont’s Vivien Yap team, named top team by value sold, and Applecross agency Terranovis, who was rewarded with three wins in total.

Professionals was awarded the top franchise and/or marketing group prize for the 21st time in the past 28 years. The group listed 2321 properties in the past financial year, which sold for more than $1.03 billion in total.

REIWA chief executive Neville Pozzi said the awards provided an opportunity to celebrate WA’s leading real estate sales professionals.

“The Reiwa.com Awards Ball recognises the best of the best in WA real estate in regards to sales,” Mr Pozzi said.
