Seven groups slept at the site to get first pick on blocks in the limited Stage 2 release at The Rise, a 41-lot boutique development in the heart of the northern suburbs.
By the end of the launch weekend, more than 60 per cent of the lots had been sold.
Remaining lots range in size from 320sq m to 534sq m and are priced from $320,000.
LandCorp industrial and metropolitan general manager John Hackett said The Rise was a quality, contemporary and attractive development in a prime location.
“The Rise offers residents a choice of modern housing options and block sizes at competitive prices, all within easy access of the nearby coast, a choice of shopping centres and a range of established community infrastructure including schools and sporting facilities,” he said.
Located 3km from the beach and minutes to Whitford City Shopping Centre and transport links, the 3ha development will bring new life to the old school site.
Mr Hackett said The Rise would include a playground, and barbecue facilities.
This development is one more in LandCorp’s successful track record of developing former school sites and joins estates in Swanbourne, Carine and Coolbellup.
