Trinity at Alkimos land sales extend west

Lucy JarvisWanneroo Times

THE launch of land sales in an Alkimos estate this weekend comes ahead of road connections in the suburb’s west.

Trinity at Alkimos developer LWP Group plans to release its first beachside lots, west of Marmion Avenue, on October 27 after selling about 1700 lots east of the main road.

The Aura stage is expected to ultimately have about 700 lots and about 2000 residents, with the first blocks ranging in size from 300-450sq m and titles to be released in March 2020.

The developer has been clearing the site in recent months, and plans to provide temporary access early next year when the sales office relocates west of Marmion Avenue.

A spokeswoman said access to the beach and road connections to neighbouring Alkimos Beach estate were expected in the second half of 2020.

LWP Group development manager Alf Lay said Aura had been designed around the concept of spa towns around the world, where people would “take to the waters”.

“The village sits high on the landscape and offers significant views over the sparkling Indian Ocean,” he said.

“Major public open spaces comprising a central Crescent, Circus and Colonnade have been thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere for residents to socialise and enjoy the outdoor coastal lifestyle.”

Aura will feature classic spa town elements in both the housing design and public open spaces, such as round and square columns, pastel colours, mosaic patterns, stone finishes and plants with natural healing properties.
